Healing

To wind down after a busy and long day, my husband and I love watching films based on true stories and also documentaries on Netflix. The one that had the most impact on me was probably Heal. It features stories from spiritual leaders, physicians and those with chronic illnesses, revealing the powerful connection between mind, body, soul and health.
